We ship via reefer (refrigerated) containers by sea freight, maintaining a constant temperature of -18°C to -25°C throughout transit. Standard container options are 20' FCL (approx. 13-14 MT) and 40' FCL (approx. 27-28 MT). We can ship from major Chinese ports including Quanzhou, Xiamen, Ningbo, and Shanghai, depending on the most efficient route to your destination.

Transit time varies by destination. Typical sea freight durations: West Africa: 30-45 days; Southeast Asia: 5-12 days; Middle East: 15-25 days; South America: 30-40 days. These are estimated transit times only and do not include order processing (3-7 business days). We provide real-time shipment tracking for all orders.

Commercial and shipment documents vary by product, origin, processing partner, and destination. Tell us the documents required by your market at the inquiry stage; availability and issuing arrangements will be confirmed before the order is finalized.

We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Standard payment terms for new buyers are 30% deposit with order confirmation and 70% balance against copy of shipping documents. For established long-term customers, we offer flexible payment arrangements. Payment terms should be confirmed during the quotation stage.

We primarily quote in USD (United States Dollars). All prices are quoted FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) depending on your preference. Our sales team will clarify the specific Incoterms in each proforma invoice.

We use end-to-end cold chain management: products are IQF or BQF frozen at -40°C, stored at -20°C to -25°C, and shipped in reefer containers set to maintain these temperatures. Temperature data loggers are available upon request to provide a complete temperature history of your shipment. Our pre-shipment inspection ensures all products meet specifications before container loading.

Absolutely, you're welcome to visit! We encourage our buyers to conduct factory audits and inspections. Our facilities are located in Shishi City, Fujian Province, China. We can assist with invitation letters for visa applications. Please schedule your visit at least 2 weeks in advance so we can prepare adequately.

Yes, we offer private label and custom packaging services for volume buyers. This includes custom carton printing with your brand, logo, and product information, as well as custom packing specifications (e.g., bag size, labeling).
